        Bob,
When could we expect a bit more information concerning registration for Worship God July/Aug? Thanks so much and I hope to make this.

        • Bob Kauflin January 28, 2015 at 3:42 PM #

Jason, sorry about the delay. Hope to have the website up within a week or two. We’ve had issues with finalizing the participants, but we’re almost done! Starts Wednesday night, July 29, and ends at noon on Saturday, Aug 1. It will be at Highview Baptist Church in Louisville (East). Costs will be similar to 2 years ago. Around $120 for super early bird group rate.

    Hi Mr Bob Kauflin,
I would just like to know whether you’ll be having any worship conferences/tours around Asia anytime soon? I’m from the Philippines but have settled in Singapore since. My church’s worship team’s very fond of the songs that you write in knowing that they’re doctrinally sound. Please do update if ever you’ll be around Asia and we will strive to get to your conferences. Thank you for inspiring many Christians to know Christ through your songs. God be praised.

    Serving the King with you,
    Zipporah Ann Tierra Nosa.

    • Bob Kauflin September 11, 2014 at 10:01 AM #

Zipporah, thanks so much for asking. At this point we don’t have plans to be in Asia. But if anything materializes, you will hear about it on this blog! By the way, what church are you part of in Singapore?

Do you have dates for Worship God West 2015 yet? Still in Santa Ana?

    • Bob Kauflin October 1, 2014 at 4:10 PM #

David, there won’t be a WorshipGod conference in this West next year. We’ll be in Louisville, Jul 29-Aug 1.

Any plans for a WorshipGod West in 2016?
My eldest daughter and I were hoping to make the trip to CA this year, but looks like we may have to wait until next, huh?
Thanks for all you do, Bob
        (Tucker says “Hi!”)

Hey, Paige! We’re not sure what 2016 holds, but hoping that it will be clearer as we get closer. We had fewer people than we expected at WorshipGod14, so we’re trying to figure out what the factors were. Please pray God will give us wisdom!

Hi Bob. Do you have any plans for a workshop for video team volunteers? Camera operators, live video ministry in churches, etc?

    • Bob Kauflin January 3, 2015 at 2:33 PM #

Joe, Thanks for asking. Not at this point, but I’ll think more about it!

When does registration for WorshipGod East 2015 open?

    • Bob Kauflin January 6, 2015 at 4:15 PM #

Thanks for asking, Connie. We’re hoping for registration to start Feb. 1. Working out the final details now.

  8. Matt Jacobs January 8, 2015 at 4:24 PM #

I see that you’re hoping to have registration open for WorshipGod East 2015 starting Feb 1st, but do you have a page for it yet? I’ve tried looking and can only find past conferences or the one in the UK. I went to the Life and Labor of the Worship Leader last year and would love to go to this one.

    • Bob Kauflin January 8, 2015 at 4:30 PM #

Matt, we’re working on getting a page up but want to finalize all the speakers. Thanks for wanting to come!

  10. Adrianna Colbert February 20, 2015 at 9:09 PM #

Hello! Will there be any upcoming worship conferences in the Southwest Region this year? Thanks!

    • Bob Kauflin February 21, 2015 at 8:12 PM #

Adrianna, thanks for asking! We’re planning on a mini-conference in Phoenix in early October. I’ll be sharing about it on this blog.

I will tell you what the factors were for WorshipGod West 2014 that contributed to the low attendance. Too many people didn’t know about it, and how awesome it was! I will tell my network about your conference if you plan one. That’s about 25 worship leaders!

    • Bob Kauflin May 13, 2015 at 4:02 PM #

Justin, thanks for your encouraging words!

  12. Lindele May 14, 2015 at 12:44 PM #

Congratulations to Devon for his graduation this morning from SBTS! I was watching remotely because my daughter Amber also graduated (Master’s in Biblical Counseling) and heard his name and saw him walk across the stage (also saw you in the audience). Sad I wasn’t able to be there in person, but Amber and I will see you in a couple of months at WG15!

    • Bob Kauflin May 14, 2015 at 8:31 PM #

Thanks so much, Lindele! And congratulations on your daughter’s graduation!

Hello Bob – I do really hope that you do consider WorshipGod West next year. There is a great need out here in Southern California for what the conference offers (I attended both in 2013 and 2014 and it was phenomenal experience – 2013 was my 1st conference). I know we had a worship leadership conference at our church with Keith Getty and John Martin that had over 100 attendees from local churches and we had little to no advertising mostly word of mouth. I would say that one of the factors for the low attendance in 2014 may have been having it during prime VBS season (June/July). I know for my church many were not able to attend since they were serving in VBS and that may have been the case for others. In SoCal, God has blessed us with moderate weather, so maybe consider another time of year? In any case, I really do pray that Sovereign Grace Music might be able to serve us here again in the West. To the praise of His glory!

    • Bob Kauflin July 2, 2015 at 10:05 AM #

Thanks for your encouraging words, Rex! We’re praying what conferences we can do out West. Please join us in prayer!

  14. Julian Moore July 1, 2015 at 5:52 PM #

Hi Bob! As a past attender of several WorshipGod conferences I am so appreciative of the hard work you, the Sovereign Grace Music team and many others put in to make it such an edifying time for all who attend. I was wondering if there might be any plans to have a shorter conference on the west coast similar to “The Gathering” which was held a few years back in Southern California? We have a number of people involved in the worship ministry at our church who could never make it to a full conference because of work constraints. Thank you again for your ministry, brother!

    • Bob Kauflin July 2, 2015 at 10:05 AM #

Thanks, Julian. Yes, we’re looking into that possibility. May not happen in 2016, but we’re in discussion.

      • Julian Moore July 13, 2015 at 12:04 PM #

Thanks for the reply Bob. We will be on the lookout for more info in the future.
