Sheet Music for Risen

Posted by: Bob Kauflin In: —Easter|—Free Sheet Music|—Sovereign Grace Music

risen-coverWe’re excited that the Risen CD is finally out. If you ordered the actual CD, all the sheet music is included. Insert the CD into your computer and a separate file of all the music will show up on your desktop.

But we’ve had some problems getting the sheet music up on our webstore. We’re in the midst of redesigning the store and it’s causing some glitches.

So, for the present, you can download all the lead sheets, guitar charts, and three-staff piano scores below. We’re included both the recorded keys and suggested congregational keys. NOTE: The lead sheets and piano scores were updated at 2:40 PM EST on Wednesday, Mar. 30.

Enjoy!

How Providential – I was just trying to figure out the chords for “You have been raised” and thought by chance I would check your blog to see if you had anything here – thanks

Thank you! I bought the album on iTunes because your website was not working and didn’t know how I would get the sheet music. Our small church sure appreciates the resources you make available for free! It is so nice to find great music with Biblical content and not have to hunt around to find a chord sheet – or try to make our own. Thank you, thank you!! We appreciate Sovereign Grace Music so much!

Oh thank you so much for this! I am severely hearing impaired and can’t “hear” the words so a song without printed lyrics is lost on me but with the lyrics in front of me I can follow along! Now I can download Risen and worship with it!!! :0)

Thanks for making this available Bob. One of my favorite songs is “Behold Our God”. I did find a typo in both the lead sheet and the piano accompaniment though. The third chord of the chorus is supposed to be an A minor chord I think instead of A major. At least, that is what I’m hearing on the recording!

This is an awsome CD….amazing drum and guitar parts!

Mr. Kauflin I was wondering if it would be possible to get some advice on playing the intro to He Has Risen….the intro on drums is really cool but challenging to figure out? Ben Phillips or whoever did drums on that song sounded amazing! Thank you for your work on this album to bless Sovereign Grace!!!

Matthew, thanks for the encouragement! I’d just try to focus on each part (snare, kick, hat) and learn them one at a time. It’s one of the best ways to grow in your skills.

Mr. Kauflin and team,

The Lord has used your music in my life countless times and this album is no exception.

Hands down my favorite song is Behold our God. Praise the Lord for His grace in giving inspiration for that song.

I praise the Lord for you and your team of writers, musicians, vocalists and producers.

Hey Bob!! I met you once!!! haha

ok, so we’re introducing ‘Jesus Lives’ tomorrow so i came to get the chord sheet. Wanted to let you know of a typo in the ‘rec’ key (E)…

Second verse, the last chord on lines 1 and 3 should be an E not an A.

Thanks so much for all you do!

Bob,

Where can I find the CCLI number for “Behold Our God”? I want to report our use of it, but I cannot find it in their database.
