“Psalms” CD nominated!

Posted by: Bob Kauflin In: —Sovereign Grace Music|—Websites

thumbdisplayphp4We just learned that Worship Leader magazine has included our Psalms CD as one of six choices for the “Best Worship Compilation CD” for 2008. Boy, were we surprised. There in the midst of Passion, CeCe Winans, and WOW Gospel, is Sovereign Grace Ministries.

There are six CDs in the category, and I’d like to think you might vote for Psalms.  Please check the other great CDs listed; but if you think Psalms merits the title, your vote could mean more people becoming aware of our music.  Voting ends on December 31!

In any case, we’re grateful for the opportunity to produce music that serves the church and magnifies the greatness of our Savior; and we appreciate the encouragement!

Gladly!

I find I’ve been listening to “Psalms” quite a bit lately.
I liked it from the start, but it has grown on me even more.

Please offer a heartfelt thanks to your team on my behalf.

I am really enjoying this CD. I find myself wanting to share this music with many people I know. I love to worship God while listening. Funny, but I thank God for your beautiful voices on this CD and used for what He intended…to sing songs of worship for HIM and to HIM! Thank you:)

Hey there Bob,

I absolutely love Psalms, it’s in regular rotation on the ipod.

I did vote for Psalms, it was definitely one of the best cd’s that came out in 08′

Thanks for continuing to put out quality projects with such great gospel centered lyrics, I love the take on Psalm 23 that “The Lord Is” gives, very cool.

Blessings

Your “sermons” on how to worship and lead people to worship God more efficiently has helped me through some really tough times while leading our youth group. And when I first listened to the “Psalms it really lifted me up. Thank you and you HAVE MY VOTE!!!!

I voted for “Psalms” last week. I’m glad Worship Leader mag has discovered you. I wrote a letter to the editor a couple months ago when Sovereign Grace CD’s failed to appear in their “Best of 2008″ issue. He emailed me back and said he’d check you out. I guess he did. :- )

Just voted. Glad to see some more people are starting to take notice of your wonderful music.

By the way – love the new blog theme and the play on the Sovereign Grace Music logo in the new logo. Very cool.

And while I rejoice that I get to take part in my sister-in-law’s wedding on August 7th, I am yet again bummed that I won’t make the WorshipGod conference. Someday!
