		<description>Bob, It was great to meet you at Straight Up this week.  I appreciate the conversation we had after the session about leading others to the cross and not ourselves when we lead. Thanks for the way you did that Tuesday morning.  I hope that you we will see you again in the future.  
Also, I love the quote above on Laboring to be Affected by the Cross.  As a worship leader, I want to have endurance in laboring, by faith, to see this sacrifice and its effects on my condition more clearly.  I believe this will fuel my personal and corporate worship.</description>
