At midnight on July 9, the registration for the Sovereign Grace worship conference “Rediscovering the Psalms” will close. We’re currently close to 1600 and will probably max out at 1700. When I first started planning this year’s conference I was hoping for 1400 so the response has been very encouraging.

If you’re still deciding whether or not to come, let me provide some incentive.

• The cost for the conference is only $150 for groups of 5 or more, $175 for individuals. $100 if you’re a student! A great deal.
• The main session speakers are going to be equipping you to mine the treasures of the Psalms and encounter God there.
• We’ll be learning new songs together, pouring our hearts and voices out in praise to God.
• Although some of the seminars are now full, there are still plenty of seminars left to learn from skilled, humble teachers who have spent hours thinking about how to serve you most effectively.
• If you’re a guitarist, you’ll definitely want to read this announcement.
• We’ll be releasing the new Sovereign Grace Psalms CD as well as a new songbook, which contains two staff versions of every song from our last six projects.
• You’ll be able to meet people from diverse backgrounds, all sharing your desire to learn more about how the Psalms inform, direct, fill, and inspire our worship.
• There will be exhibitors, a great bookstore, and lunch provided on site.

2. Bob,

   Will the audio once again be put on the Web or somehow available for purchase? There are several things that I could benefit from, and several that our team could benefit from, but for various reasons I’m unable to make it. I have gotten a lot out of the previous years’ conferences on the web, and I hope you’ll be able to provide this year’s in that format as well.

5. I’m halfway thru your book, Worship Matters. I am really getting a lot out of it, and find it hard to put down.

   Would love to come to the conference, will see if there’s a way to make it happen.
