David and Joel,

Thanks for your encouraging words. The way you're using the book is exactly the way I prayed it would be used - to equip and encourage musicians in local churches.

Thank you, Mr. Kauflin, for this blog entry. The blog that you linked is new to me and it's a great resource. Now I've got another Christian blog to subscribe to that offers great Christian material. I most likely would not have found that blog if it weren't for you.

Not only that but thank you for your book and your video clips. I'm really hoping that I am one of the winners selected for the book giveaway, but even if I'm not, just watching your video clips have been worth it. I've shared them with members of my youth praise team and I hope they get the same out of it as I did, if not more!

God bless.

Bob,

Thank you very much. I am using portions of your book with our worship team to spur some thoughts. Last week we talked about the "doctrine of Jordan" and I challenged them to commit time this summer to reading something that would increase their knowledge of our savior.

This week was the quote about God not wanting worhip leaders who make themselves look great in people's eyes, but ones who make Christ look great.

Next week is the quote about people not leaving the meetings saying what a great band, but what a great Savior.

Thanks for giving us some thought provoking ways to remember to focus on the main thing.

I really appreciate the blog and the book, they have been very helpful.

David,

I'm checking on how we might be able to make the videos available for download. Thanks for asking.

Any chance of getting these four videos on a DVD to share with worship team members who may not have great youtube access? Or to share as a group in places without great internet access?

These, and the book are very well done. Thanks!
